Terms of Service

I. Introduction

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Fontfy mobile application (“App”) provided by Liconte LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Fontfy, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

II. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our official website. Your continued use of Fontfy after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

III. Eligibility

By using Fontfy, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to download, install, or use the App.

IV. General Terms

Fontfy is designed to generate and display creative text styles, fonts, and symbols for personal, non-commercial use. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” solely for your creative expression and enjoyment.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

VI. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Fontfy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Create derivative works based on the App.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your rights to use the App.

VII. Subscription and Payments

Fontfy offers both free and premium features. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through your device’s app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You are responsible for any charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees.

VIII. Prohibited Conduct

When using Fontfy, you agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload, create, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security.

IX. Third-Party Services and Content

Fontfy may integrate with third-party services such as analytics and attribution providers (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

X. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that Fontfy will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the App at your own risk.

XI. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liconte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fontfy. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the App.

XII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
• If you access or use Fontfy outside the USA, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action or collective proceedings related to the App or this Agreement.
• Before pursuing legal remedies, both you and we agree to provide written notice of any dispute and attempt to resolve it in good faith within 60 days.

XIII. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fontfy at our discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct harmful to the App or its users. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease.

XIV. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
